At Irohas Photo, we want you to capture every moment with confidence. If your new camera gear or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and lens caps, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
